David Goularte

David Goularte has more than 20 years of management and sales experience.  He has spent the last 20 years in the financial services and call center industries.  He has experience working with companies from major conglomerates to dot.com startups to non-profit organizations.  David has a B.A. in Philosophy and a Juris Doctorate degree. 

David does not believe in thinking outside of the box.  He believes to become and remain an industry leader, you have to build a new, better, and bigger box.

Maren Valentino

Maren Valentino’s experience is rooted in a diverse educational and professional background. Maren holds a B.A. in International Affairs and a M.Ed. in Secondary Education. She worked for six years teaching and developing curriculum in classrooms both domestically and abroad. Maren also has six years of research, technical writing, and report synthesis both as a government contractor and independent consultant. Additionally, Maren has provided technical training and curriculum coaching to employees of government agencies and schools.
